Seared chicken thighs are finished in the oven along with chickpeas and harissa. The skillet is finished with lightly pickled red onions, mint, and parsley.
STICKY MAPLE & HARISSA CARROTS W/TAHINI
Sticky maple & harissa carrots roasted until tender and then broiled to get a little bit of char on them. The carrots are finished with a heavy drizzle of a whipped tahini sauce and a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds.
